Entry in the Promotion is open to all enrolled and financial travel industry students of those training colleges approved by Galileo immediately before each Prize is awarded. Employees of Galileo and the Sponsors, their immediate families or persons living in the same household as these employees, associated entities and agencies associated with the Promotion, and any person or class of persons declared by Galileo as such are ineligible for entry in the Promotion.

Entries in the Promotion will only be accepted if a duly completed Teacher Nomination Form and a duly completed Student Nomination Form are received by Galileo. Galileo is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries.

Entry for the Preliminary Prizes close on the dates given. Preliminary prizes will be awarded to a student and their teacher in March, June and October in each year of the Promotion. Entry for the Annual Prize closes on the dates given. An Annual Prize will be awarded to a student, their teacher and their college in December in each year of the Promotion.

Winners of a preliminary Prize are eligible for entry for the annual Prize.

A Judging Panel appointed by Galileo and the Sponsors will decide the winners of the Prizes. Winners of the Prizes will be announced in Travel Week (Australia) and on the Galileo Agent of the Future web site at www.agentofthefuture.com on the dates given. The winner of the Annual Prize will also be announced at the Galileo Travel Training Symposium in December in each year of the Promotion. Prizes must be claimed within the time frames specified. Winners have no legal interest in any Prize unless claimed before the date specified.

Galileo may, in its discretion, disqualify any individual entrant who it suspects has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information, or who it suspects may have tampered with the Nomination Forms, or the entry process.

The decisions of the Judging Panel are final and binding on the entrants and correspondence will not be entered into. The Judging Panel decide the winners of the Prizes in their absolute discretion, and the Judging Panel is not obliged to provide reasons for any decision. The entrants agree not to commence any action in respect of the Promotion.

All Nomination Forms become the property of Galileo and the entrants agree their names may be included on a database for future mailing campaigns and promotions. Acceptance by the winner of any Prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name and image in any promotional material in connection with the Promotion, without financial or other form of compensation being payable. Winners may be required to attend a Prize presentation ceremony and be featured in any public promotion materials, without additional recompense.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangable and cannot be taken as cash.

All taxes and tarriffs of any kind attracted to each Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Galileo reserves the right to cancel, suspend or withdraw any Prize without notice. Galileo further reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the time for awarding any Prize.

All components of the Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions set by the Sponsors of the Prizes, and may be varied, in the absolute discretion of the Sponsor providing the Prize. Winners must make their own booking arrangements for each Prize.
